Since our opening in a renovated 1920 Spanish Colonial building board MCRD, The Bay View has vaulted to being a restaurant known for impecable service and a focus on fresh, local, seasonal ingredients. Chef Thomas Belgard believes food should be memorable-yet-straightforward. Our elegant and beautifuly appointed dining room complements the artful creations coming out of our kitchen. The diversity of our dishes makes this dining landmark an ideal choice for families or groups.
The Bay View is happy to provide private parties and catered events for: Active duty, retired or reserve officers, enlisted personnel from all military branches and dependents. We also cater to DoD employees graded GS-5 and above; DoD contractors, Non-Appropriated Fund employees, police and fire departments, federal and state agencies and many other similar individuals, groups and agencies.
We delight diners with a menu featuring fresh artisan grown products. Reservations are suggested for parties of ten or more. To inform us of your private party information such as group or department events, training meetings or military educational seminars please contact our Catering Department.
