The MCCS Coordinator acts as a liaison to the Command and leadership team aboard MCRD San Diego and serves as a conduit through which the commander and staff gain knowledge of, and direct access to, the full spectrum of services offered by MCCS. The coordinator plans, develops, administers, and provides assistance for a balanced program of recreational and leisure activities. The activities include all MCCS events as well as Command functions. The MCCS Coordinator corresponds with the MCCS staff, Commanding Officers, and MCCS facilities personnel to ensure that necessary support and resources are available.
