The Retired Activities office is available to assist retirees with entitlements, local installation regulations, privileges, legal assistance and benefits, including health care, education, retired pay and allowances and VA Disability compensation. Spouses, surviving spouses and former spouses who retain a valid ID card can receive information about ID card renewal, death gratuity, burial benefits, Survivors Benefit Plan and medical benefits.
The Retired Activities Office (RAO), MCRD, is a central point for all military retirees and family members to obtain information on issues which affect them, provide reliable answers, and refer retired members to appropriate service organizations.
