Children, Youth, and Teen Programs focus on the needs of families in order to provide maximum access to useful, flexible, and affordable programs such as child development, social, recreational, and athletic programs. Children, youth and teens, ages 6 weeks to 18 years, shall be served in integrated, balanced, quality programs that support the continuum of the Marines family, on and off base.

A variety of leisure time activities are available through our installation program such as:
- Open recreation at the youth center which offers "fosse ball", pool tables,, video games, hand hockey tables, etc.
- Computer labs are available to assist with homework assignments and expansion of youth's computer skills.
- Skill development classes such as field trips, dances,lockdowns, bowling events, pizza parties, etc
The Marine Corps affiliation with the Boys and Girls Clubs of America forged a unique partnership to expand youth and teen development program opportunities. The affiliation provides programs, materials and services that address health, social, education, vocational, character development and guidance of Marine Corps youth and teens.Teen ActivitiesYouth Sports, Fitness and Recreation MissionChildren, Youth and Teen Programs, under the staff cognizance of the Deputy Director for Programs, is responsible for providing Marine Corps plans, policy, and resources to improve and sustain the capabilities of Commanders to provide quality, affordable child care and youth activities. Programs which support these capabilities include Child Development Centers, On/Off Base Family Child Care, School Age Care. Resource and Referral Services, Youth Activities and Youth Sports.
