The Semper Fit Boathouse and Marina offers a wide range of amenities and services including recreational picnic/party areas, equipment rentals, boat slip rentals and boating/sailing instruction.

 

MARINA FEES

Minutes away from open ocean waters, the Pt. Loma kelp beds, Shelter Island, Harbor Island, Maritime Museum, Seaport Village, Americas Cup Harbor, Carrier Row and the Embarcadero.

 

SLIP FEES

$7.50 per ft. of vessel length or slip length, whichever is greater. The two North Dock slips are 30 feet in length.South dock slips vary in length.

 

GUEST SLIPS

$12.00 per 24-hour day

 

DINGHY / KAYAK STORAGE

$10.00 per month. $80.00 per year

 

BOAT TOWING

$60.00 per hour half hour minimum

SAILING AND MOTOR BOAT INSTRUCTION

EVERY OTHER WEEKEND

All year from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

The cost is $20.00 per person. The course is tailored for the beginner and also as a refresher for the “old salt.” This is a hands-on program. We also offer canoe, kayak, motor boat operator and windsurfing instruction.

 

PIC-NIC SPOT RESERVATIONS

Reservations can be made in advance by calling or stopping in the Boathouse during regular business hours. Priority for reservations is on a first come first serve basis. Please Note: Patrons reserving picnic areas must submit two copies of their guest and vendor lists to the Boathouse in advance. Guests not on the list, unfortunately, will not be allowed aboard the Depot unless they have a military ID.
