New 2012 format for the
CG Cup Sports program

Point system is still the same and all events are still only open to MCRD active duty and DOD, Nafi employees aboard the depot.

H&S Bn and RTR have been broken down into their respective offices and all sections are now competing independently.

Any office/section on the Depot may enter a team however, at least 75% of that roster has to be members of that office/section.

At game time, the team on the field/court must be at least 75% of that office or section and not free agents.

Teams can recruit at game time as long as they maintain 75% and recruited player is not all ready on another team.

If an office/section does not have enough players to form a team their options are:

1. Those players can become FREE AGENTS and play for ANY TEAM on the Depot.

2. They can recruit FREE AGENTS from anywhere on the Depot as long as the team roster and the team at game time does not exceed the 75% rule. A player can ONLY become a FREE AGENT if the office/section they work for does not have a team.

In doubles events If doubles partners are from two different offices/sections and place in the event, placement points will be divided evenly with each player receiving 50% of the earned points.
