Estuary Dredging Project

To our valued patrons,

During this project (early September to March), MCRDSD docks will be removed from the water, and water activities (to include the use of the MCCS Boathouse and Marina) will be suspended. Picnic and Party areas will still be available for reservations.

The Boathouse & Marina provides equipment rentals, picnic areas available for reservations, Boston Whaler Boats, Catalina Sailboats, Ocean Kayaks, surfboards, wetsuits and much more for your entertainment on the water. The Boathouse & Marina features:

  • 24-hour Marina security patrols
  • Launch ramp
  • Bait
  • Ice
  • Marina slip amenities include water and power
  • Showers
  • Workshop
  • Meeting rooms and club house
  • Sand Volleyball court
  • Tennis and basketball courts
  • Horseshoe pits

RELAX
The four picnic areas at the Boathouse & Marina are attractive sites suitable for small or large group events. Reservations can be made in advance by calling or stopping in the Boathouse & Marina during regular business hours. Priority for reservations is on a first come, first serve basis. Please note: Patrons reserving picnic areas must submit two copies of their guests and vendor lists to the Boathouse & Marina in advance. Guests not on the list, unfortunately, will not be allowed aboard the Depot unless they have a military ID.

LEARN
Sailing classes are held twice a month, on Saturday and Sunday from 1000 – 1600 throughout the year. The course is tailored for the beginner and also as a refresher to the “old salt”. This is a hands-on program with almost all instruction aboard a boat and on the water. We also offer canoe, kayak, motor boat operator and windsurfing instruction. See price list for more details.

MARINA FEES

Slip Fees
$7.50 per ft of vessel or slip length (whichever is greater). The two North Dock Slips are 30 feet in length. The South dock slips vary in length.

$10.00 per month or $80.00 per year
