SIGN UP ONLINE FOR MCRD DEPOT ACCESS You can sign up at the last minute or well in advance of your arrival. DRIVING ON THE DEPOT REQUIRES 1. Drivers license 2. Vehicle registration 3. Vehicle insurance [ A rental car agreement serves as proof of insurance + registration ] LAST MINUTE DEPOT ACCESS REQUESTS Your name has to be on the depot access list by 6:00 AM the day you plan to arrive. If you miss the deadline, you'll just have to wait until the next day. So sorry. There are no exceptions to this rule. + Sorry but you have to fill it in. There's nothing sinister. It's a requirement for emergencies.
